If Your Penis Is Calling in Weak, Here Are Seven Tips for a Stronger Erection

There’s nothing quite so disappointing as a soldier that will not come when called. However, this is something that most men experience at some point in their lives. But don’t call the doc for the little blue pill quite yet, there are several commonsense ways to fight a weak erection. Let’s try those first.

Tip #1: Trim That Waistline!

Protruding gut stopping you from seeing or feeling your erection? It’s time to lose weight! Many men who find their middle expanding also have a higher instance of diabetes. Not only is that bad for a man’s health, it also causes problems down south. In fact, more than 50 percent of all men with diabetes are impotent. Basically, it makes the penis numb.

Employ a healthy diet and check blood sugar regularly. If you already have diabetes, make the same lifestyle changes, but also talk to your doctor about other options to regain your vigor.

Tip #2: Hit It! The Gym, That Is.

Blood flow is the critical piece to every erection. What helps blood flow? Exercising! Cardio increases the amount of nitric oxide in the body, which opens blood vessels and allows fast and steady transport to the penis. However, try to stay off the bike if possible. Cyclists have more trouble with erectile dysfunction due to the long time spent on bicycle seats, which compresses the penis and desensitizes it.

Tip #3: Be Faithful

Before prescribing a male enhancement medication, many doctors first ask patients if they are getting action from others outside of their relationship. Why? Smoking damages blood vessels and potentially the penile tissue, which makes it less able to stretch for blood flow. Hence, weak erection or none at all. Pick one, the cancer sticks or your donger. The choice should be easy.

Tip #5: Catch Plenty of ZZZs

Here’s something to file under “The More You Know.” Every night while a man sleeps, he has between three and five hour-long erections. What’s up with that? Well, the erections happen to recharge the penis with oxygenated blood, which is kind of like its fuel. This makes the erectile tissue more flexible, which, in turn, keeps erections stronger for longer, so get that shut-eye!

Tip #6: Have a Cuppa Joe

Pull out the French press! According to a study by the University of Texas Health Science Center at Houston, men who had a caffeine equivalent of two to three cups of coffee per day were less likely to experience erectile dysfunction. Clearly caffeine keeps everyone up!

Tip #7: Use Some Lotion for More Motion
